The use of the savings card signifies the unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions that the subscriber acknowledges having read and accepted at the times of savings cards registration.


The savings card is free of charge for life and is immediately available upon request at all Al Manama Outlets to any person who is 18 years of age and above.

To join in the savings card, subscriber must fill in the application form and submit at the customer service of any outlet of al Manama group, within 30 days following the first use of the card. Otherwise Al Manama group will remove the loyalty account and all acquired benefits. Existing savings card holder will be automatically migrated to the new scheme. The submission of duly filled application will be deemed as consent from the card holder to receive any SMS/e-mail alert from AL Manama Group.

The savings card cannot be duplicated and/or used for any purpose other than those provided for in these terms and conditions. The savings card may not be transferred or used by anyone other than its subscriber and members of the household, for any reason.


On the condition that loyalty account is registered, when the card holders accumulate 100 points, he/she will be eligible for 10 Dhirams gift voucher. Voucher can be collected from customer service counter by showing the savings card.

Redemption will be available only on the previous day points and not on the current bill purchase. If a savings card holder does not want to redeem at 100 points he/she can cumulate up to 1000 points beyond which accumulation will not be allowed. Thus a savings card holder can earn & redeem 100 Dhirams for 1000 points.

At any case, no cash refund will be given to savings card holder against points earned. Bill value on which redemption is made should not be less than the redemption gift voucher. The point earned by a card holder is non-transferable.

The redemption should be done by the card holder only and he/she should provide necessary identity proof, gift voucher valid only for 30 days.

Claim and items refund

In case any cardholder contesting the missing points, points balance, the cardholder has seven days to furnish his claim, from the date he/she earned the points by mail to: savingscard@almanamagroup.com

In case of an items being refunded, the points earned on this items will be deducted from the loyalty accounts. If the loyalty account does not have sufficient number of points to deduct from the account, the account will go to negative to the extent of points earned on the returned items.


The savings card is the property of Al Manama Group.

The savings card can be immediately suspended or terminated by Al Manama Group at any time if, Al Manama Group has reason to believe that a card holder:

Has breached these terms and conditions,

Has behaved fraudulently/misused the savings card,

Has supplied false or misleading information to Al Manama Group.

In this case the cardholder will lose all the acquired benefits and any right of use.

If the savings card is not used during continues period of 12 months, Al Manama Group will remove the loyalty account and the cardholder will lose all the acquired benefits and will not be able to use his/her savings card anymore.

If a cardholder wishes to close his savings card loyalty account, he/she can return the card to any Al Manama Outlet with a written notification stipulating his demand, his name, loyalty account number and signature.


Al Manama Group reserves the right to modify or cancel some or all of the terms and conditions of this scheme at any time, in its sole discretion.


These terms and any dispute or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual dispute or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.
